• processing and preparation of dried organic herbs for national and international markets;
• distillation of varied species of herbs from both local farmers and spontaneous to obtain essential oils with commercial interest;
• suppliers of high quality seedlings of various species of herbs and other plants such as strawberry tree and prickly pear;
• coordination of research projects working with key partners such as universities, private sector partners and state agencies aiming knowledge transfer;
• conducting experiments on innovative technologies for processing and preservation of food products based on autochthonous resources.
